What is your eating style?

Are you vegetarian, vegan or do you also eat meat?
I also eat meat and sausages, but much less than before, now more vegetables.
I also use wild herbs such as chickweed, which is currently growing luxuriantly in my garden.You can use them in salads, soups or like spinach, with cream cheese as a spread. There are many recipes that can be found on the internet. In spring I make spinach from nettle leaves, which tastes spicier than real spinach. Dandelion in a salad mix, also daisies, but I don't like goutweed. Do you also use wild herbs and can you recommend recipes?
